Matt Holt partnered with Bryan Mione, a seasoned builder with deep construction expertise, who will lead the execution of the new developments. Together, they are building a platform focused on delivering high-quality, well-located housing while generating strong returns for investors through disciplined, value-driven strategies.

Matt Holt began his real estate investment journey in 2007 with the purchase of his first property near San Diego State University. Over the following decade, he methodically expanded his holdings around SDSU, ultimately acquiring and managing over 38 single-family homes in the area.
To better manage his growing student rental portfolio, Matt founded State Houses, a property management company that now oversees more than 100 homes within walking distance to SDSU.
As his experience grew, Matt transitioned from single-family homes to larger investments across San Diego. Focused on ground-up multifamily development, Matt has assembled a pipeline of 25 new projects throughout San Diego, ranging from 10 to 36 units each. These infill developments are located in some of the city’s most promising neighborhoods, including North Park, Pacific Beach, and surrounding areas.
