Whitewater adds firepower to investment sales team— Connor Stolle & Cole Silverman join Whitewater, bringing over 15 years of experience and $200m in sales.

Connor Stolle — A multi-family specialist, with a portfolio of sales across San Diego county from North County to Imperial Beach. Connor has built a dedicated network over his career, leading to tremendous sales in the San Diego marketplace. While also holding a property insurance license, he assists his clients with every step of the process.

Cole Silverman — Coming from a family in commercial real estate and having grown up in San Diego, Cole has both the local market knowledge and network. Joining from a national firm, Cole brings a personal touch to his business that builds relationships and loyalty that otherwise tend to lack in our space.

With this being both their first career moves, Whitewater is proud to announce their move and know that this is only the beginning to their already storied career.
